Exchange Policy

Vanquish MX will exchange or issue a refund on any defective product that is unworn, unwashed, and unused within 30 days of product shipment. Here's the breakdown of our policy:

• Customer pays for return shipping
• All refunds will be issued in original form of payment

If product is received and is damaged before use...

Vanquish MX will replace the item and reimburse the return shipping cost via regular ground mail. Provided the customer includes the original return shipping receipt. Unfortunately the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

If customer purchases an incorrect size...

We can issue you another size provided customer returns product undamaged and customer pays for shipping.
Our site catalogue portrays the product colors as accurately as possible, the actual color may vary slightly.

Payment

Vanquish MX accepts both VISA & Mastercard. These are processed through a secure payment portal.

Warranties

All products that Vanquish MX sells are covered under warranty. This warranty covers the defects of the materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care (washing techniques), and normal break down of material or colors from extensive use and exposure to the elements.

*If product is warrantied, Vanquish MX will fix or replace product and send back to customer at no charge. If it is not warrantied, Vanquish MX will send original purchased item back to customer at the expense of the customer.
**Vanquish MX cannot be held liable for any lost inbound packages. This warranty supersedes all previous Vanquish MX warranties.
*** For extra long lasting product, wash on low temperature and hang to dry.
